Every Maneele order ships with tracking. Here's how to follow yours.
Finding your tracking number
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking number and a link. Look for an email from us, and check your spam folder too, since shipping notifications often land there.
Your tracking shows nothing yet
That's normal in the first 24–48 hours. A tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, but it only starts updating once the carrier physically scans your parcel.
Your tracking hasn't moved in days
Parcels regularly sit several days between scans, especially while crossing between countries. If there has been no update for 10 business days, email contact@maneele.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
You can't find the email
Email contact@maneele.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your tracking details.

Delivery times vary by destination. Our Shipping policy lists the estimate for each country.
