Runs a little generous — most people take their true size and get an oversized fit. 5'4" and 130 lb wears the S; 5'3" and 150 lb wears the M.
If you're wider through the hip and want it to skim rather than sit close, take one size up. The hem covers the seat at every size, which is the point of it.
Fabric & care
Ribbed stretch knit — soft against the skin, dense enough to hold its shape at the elbow and the collar after a full day.
Machine wash cold, lay flat to dry. Don't hang it wet: the weight of the water pulls the hem and the cuffs out of shape.
